New handheld pictures leaked
So there are now pictures circulating of Garmin's new Colorado series handheld units. Looks like Garmin's finally added the ability to display aerial photography, and possibly even more detailed maps, on a rugged handheld GPS receiver. Also, notice the wheel on top - could this be the end of buttons? Maybe even a touch-screen handheld? We'll be sure to post information as it comes out. Expect to see new units sometime in the spring of 2008. If you need something sooner, get a high-end GPSMAP 60CSx with a $50 mail-in rebate through December 31st!
