Zuuuuuuuummmmm....

Still waiting for your TomTom RIDER car mount?  Chuck the friggin' thing and get a Garmin zumo 550.  This new unit from Garmin is pre-loaded, traffic-enabled, waterproof, has Bluetooth, text-to-speech instructions, and new SiRFStarIII GPS technology.  Best of at, the package includes both a motorcycle and an automotive mounting bracket.  Take your zumo from your bike to your car, and back, with ease.  The zumo 550 even accepts topographical maps, so there's no place you can't ride to!
The zumo is Garmin's answer to the TomTom Rider, and it will outclass the Rider for a number of reasons: it uses fresher NavTeq maps, as opposed to TomTom's sometime-outdated TeleAtlas maps; it takes antennas for either FM RDS-TMC traffic or XM Satellite Radio, Traffic and Weather, whereas TomTom still requires you to use a Bluetooth GMRS frequency only; and most important, the zumo comes with a windshield suction cup and alternative dashboard disk for mounting it in your car. For whatever reason, TomTom feels that if you should buy two separate units for your car and bike. Even with the hard-to-find Rider car mount, your only method of getting voice prompts in the car is with a motorcycle headset. The Garmin zumo includes a cigarette lighter adapter/external speaker combo cable, so the zumo would function the same as any other car GPS system.
